-Gail Lillian, Coach & Facilitator

Trained in Co-Active Coaching, Convergent Facilitation, and a Certified Mediator for over a decade, Gail brings myriad depth and experience to her communication and leadership work. Her deep roots as a serial entrepreneur bring nimbleness and creativity to her practice.

Gail was gripped by an entrepreneurial spirit in her early childhood, when she baked a cake (from a mix) and went door to door trying to sell it - just for pocket money. She stayed in the food industry - but left cake mixes behind - earning international acclaim as the founder of Liba, a food truck turned brick & mortar salad bar, in Oakland CA, which she operated for 11 years.

In addition to serving clients through her private practice, Gail consults on several teams:

  • Stanford Graduate School of Business: Gail is a Leadership Facilitator for the famed course, Interpersonal Dynamics, which increases competency in building effective relationships across cultural and lived experiences, driving impact in leadership, influence, and emotional self-management.

  • Ginger Leadership Communications: Gail leads workshops as a corporate trainer and 1:1 coach that support Ginger’s mission to “inspire human brilliance” and create “courageously authentic leaders”.

  • SEEDS: Gail mediates conflict that arises in the workplace, in the Organizational Effectiveness Department of this non-profit.

An avid proponent of volunteer work, she coaches mediators-in-training, and offers pro bono mediation services to local non-profits. She was a CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocate for foster youth), and a member of the Oakland Task Force for Commercially Sexually Exploited Children. Gail’s creative outlet is cookie decorating, at Sweet Side Oakland.
